Experienced Mazak Machinist
Immediate opening for CNC mill and mill turn machinist. Candidates shoud possess the following:
- Machine knowledge equivalenet to 3-6 years on CNC mills and/or mill turn.
- Knowledge of "G" and "M" code programming, work off-sets and tool setting is a must.
- Ability to efficiently perform set-ups and operate Trak DPM and Mazak CNC mills and lathes. Integrex experience a definite plus!
- Working knowledge of programming a 4 axis machine efficiently.
- Knowledge and ability to interface with CAD/CAM systems is a plus!
- Fluent in reading part drawings (including multiple views and 3 dimensional details) required to machine parts from steel, aluminum, copper and plastics.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and their correct speeds and feeds across an array of many types of materials.
- Ability to make corrections and solve problems in order to maintain high quality and high production rates.
- Ability to perform secondary operations such as drill press, de-burring, etc. Own tools is a plus but not necessary.
- Blueprint reading.
- Overtime as required.
